The answer is: Almost Certain. surprised? Think!

the number of ppl with less than 2 arms is much more than the number of ppl with more than 2 arms (almost zero, unless someone has evidence of the same). this brings the average of the number of arms per person to a number slightly less than 2 (1.9 if i was to venture a guess). So the question becomes, what is the probability that the next person you meet has more than 1.9 arms. The answer to that is almost certain, except for the unlucky few you might meet with less than 2 arms.

You forgot to take into account the myriad Hindu Gods and Goddesses that have a few dozen arms each.

Last census, there were 30 million of them :p

good going, why dont u take THAT into account and find the actual answer. good luck counting the arms of all the gods and goddesses by the way. why the hell cant u just say "correct. well done" for a change. :P
