Alien attack?!?!?
Took this pic with my phone camera (N70). Looks like a flaming foot landed and scorched both the plastic bag and the cement. Obviously, that wasnt the case, but it was coincidental that the continuity in the outline of the foot was maintained

What is that a foot print of?
Thats the best part. Its not a footprint at all. Just a part of the cement was chipped away, and generally, plastic burns that way (in almost circular profiles). The plastic cover just got on top if the cement. The picture was not to create panic amongst the junta by insinuating alien attacks.
